15 Nov Deposits and cancellations
Cancellations: Cancellations are difficult for both the participant and the organizers. We respect the unpredictability of life and strive to manage our organization in a sustainable way.
- If you cancel 30 days or more before your program start date, you will receive a full refund, less the deposit. Deposits are only refunded in the event of cancellation by the organizers.
- If you cancel 29 days or less before your program start date, and we are able to fill your place, you will receive a full refund, less the deposit.
- If we are unable to fill your place and you cancel within 29 days of the start of your program, we will ask you to pay the price corresponding to the lowest end of the price scale.
